**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to guarantee alignment with project requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical equipment into existing building design, ensuring compatibility and optimal operation.
  • Monitor and ensure all mechanical works are carried out according to the latest revision mechanical drawing and comply with contract specification and quality management system.
  • Coordinate and carry out inspections with customer representatives and/or third-party experts as per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
  • Perform material equipment inspections as per vendor documents.
  • Verify NDT is done as per approved NDT plan & procedures.
  • Verify preservation is being performed as per preservation plan & procedures.
  • Endorse inspection records prior to issue to customers.
  • Report any non-conformances and issue corrective action requests, where necessary.
  • Prepare test packs, perform Line Walks, and issuance punch lists.
  • Verify mechanical MDR is as per construction prior to release the product released for onsite erection.
  • Closely collaborate with clients/stakeholders, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring mechanical systems align with their installation requirements.
  • Maintain strict safety protocols and industry regulations on the construction site.
  • Experience in Boiler Installation & Steam Piping to comply MOM guidelines.
  • Familiar with PED / BS EN ISO codes to comply project requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates and technical reports to the QA Manager.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and constructing major process industry/infrastructure projects.
  • CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector and NDT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements related to construction.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
