Job Title

The role of IT Risk Specialist is a critical component of our organization's overall risk management strategy. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to conduct due diligence, compliance evaluations, gap analyses, and risk assessments on services and solutions provided by third-party vendors.

As an IT Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, prioritizing, and classifying risks. You will draft risk scenarios and recommend risk treatment plans. Additionally, you will perform regular IT security and cyber risk assessments to ensure compliance with policies and manage IT project risk assessments.

This position requires a strong understanding of information technology/security, cloud implementation methodologies, IT risk assessment, and IT security compliance review. If you have experience in IT/IS, GRC, or cybersecurity roles, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence, compliance evaluations, gap analyses, and risk assessments on services and solutions provided by third-party vendors.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and classify risks.
  • Draft risk scenarios and recommend risk treatment plans.
  • Perform regular IT security and cyber risk assessments to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Manage IT project risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT/IS, GRC, or Cybersecurity roles.
  • Experience with IT GRC activities.
  • Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, hacking, and exploits.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Service Models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
  • Knowledge of Medical Device/Operating Technology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn.
