Job Title – Production Planner

Location – North, Singapore

Job Model – Onsite

The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring the premix plant's short-term capacity plan and daily production schedule meet customer orders on-time and in-full. This involves ensuring the production schedule adheres to plant capacity and quality requirements, minimizing schedule-related capacity losses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop production schedules in collaboration with extended supply chain teams and other functions, considering factors like production capacity, inventory levels, and customer demand.
  2. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to enable smooth production without disruption and unnecessary inventory.
  3. Manage production workflows, including scheduling machine time and coordinating with other departments on resource/labor allocation, quality requirements, etc.
  4. Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost savings.
  5. Proactively identify potential delays and bottlenecks in production, leading resolution with other functions.
  6. Collaborate with departments like sales, commercial, supply chain, procurement, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure production schedules align with overall business objectives.

You Bring

  1. Min. Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
  2. Min. 2 years experience in production planning in the food/beverage/nutrition manufacturing industry.
  3. Ability to work with different functional teams effectively.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Experience in SAP.
