">Work with Finance to prepare and manage C&B budgets, including forecasting of salary and benefits expenditures.
">Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure employees clearly understand compensation structures, benefits offerings, and associated policies.
">Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of C&B programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
">Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring alignment with our company's overall strategy and goals.
">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
">Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
">Conduct market research and benchmarking initiatives to remain competitive.
">Evaluate and analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions related to human capital.
">Establish processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
