**Job Title:** Chemical Innovation Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new products and processes, providing technical advice and support to customers and internal stakeholders, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new product and process innovations to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and internal stakeholders on product specifications, applications, and quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Manage customer-specific and new product specification requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Participate in regular meetings with sales and supply chain teams to discuss customer requirements and provide technical expertise.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role within the Oleochemicals or derivatives industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
