Reliability Manager Role:
- Lead a team to achieve corporate goals in reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide reliability analysis and support for technologies and customer issues.
- Develop corporate-wide standards and strategies.

- Be subject matter expert for central reliability strategy, standards, and business interactions.
- Lead, mentor, and coach senior engineers and engineers to achieve corporate goals in front-end-of-line device-level reliability.
- Establish reliability test methodology to assess failure mechanisms and lifetime.
- Provide design guidelines for IC designers.
- Define and execute benchmarked reliability test plans for new process qualification, change requests, and line issues.
- Drive effective corrective action on reliability failures and field returns.
- Ensure reliability assessment excellence in terms of cycle time, data integrity, and work procedures.
- Ensure conformance to quality certification standards requirements.
- Establish capability for reliability testing for new technology.
- Support customer engagement in reliability aspects.
- Provide presentations for customer visits and audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering or Science.
- 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics.
- Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Team player with good people skills.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under tight project timelines.
