Job Title: Reliable Systems Expert

We are seeking a skilled Reliable Systems Expert to join our team.

  • About the Role:
    • The Reliable Systems Expert will be responsible for managing the operational work of our services, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • This involves designing and selecting basic runtime environments for game servers based on different games' service architecture, performance requirements, and business conditions.
    • The ideal candidate will also establish and monitor various operational metrics and customize data analysis standards.
    • In addition, they will collaborate with product departments to identify issues, optimize technical architecture, and enhance user experience.
    • Participating in in-depth research on cutting-edge open-source software, virtualization, databases, and web services is also an essential part of this role.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in computer science, networking, communications, automation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Linux operating system and knowledge of computer network architectures and common network protocols is required.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, including C/C++, Shell, Python, Golang, Rust, or Java, is necessary.
  • Experience with open-source software such as Linux, Nginx, MySQL, K8S, and Istio is highly valued.
  • A strong logical thinking, communication, and learning ability, along with research and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of collective honor, responsibility, and service awareness, are also required.
  • A passion for trying new things and excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong technical sensitivity, are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory for this position.
