Reliability Team Lead

Job Summary:

Lead a team of reliability experts to drive excellence in our company's products. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the highest level of product reliability.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement reliability standards and strategies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute implementation routes for emerging technologies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to a team of reliability experts.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides leadership to a team of reliability experts.
  2. Develops and implements reliability standards and strategies.
  3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute implementation routes for emerging technologies.
  4. Provides technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  5. Ensures timely and accurate delivery of project results.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials, or Physics) or Science.
  • 8 years of experience in reliability testing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with wafer fabrication and ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 standards.
  • Knowledge of MOS Device Physics and Reliability Statistics.
  • Team player with good people skills.
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills.
