**Reliability & Integrity Mgmt Lead PS**

The APAC Reliability and Integrity Management (RIM) Lead is responsible to develop regional program for optimum Asset management and drives consistency in alignment with global and regional strategies. He/She is also responsible to provide guidance and expertise for Asset Management, RIM topics, and leading onePSS BPNs for RIM related topics.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement a sustainable, effective asset management program (system, processes, procedures, tools and KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in asset reliability, safety and utilization in aligned with Global guidelines.
- Drive Reliability & Integrity strategy and Mi4cro/onePSS aligned program in the region which improve the site’s reliability and support the achievement of business goals.
- Develop and lead regional reliability and integrity networks, connected to Global and other Regions communities; drive effectiveness and improvement
- Identify, develop, tailor and communicate reliability best practices and technology know-how across the Crop Science manufacturing organization.
- Collaborate and Supports OE & Production Optimization Lead and Digital Manufacturing Lead on initiatives that improves OEE / Asset Management (MES, PIC, PCT, Automation).
- People and talent development.
- Technical Expertise to support Sustainability program -Renewable energy project in the region

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Minimum Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in plant maintenance, reliability, mechanical integrity, construction, project engineering, project management and plant operations.
- Strong motivation and experience leading cross-cultural/cross functional teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead regional communities without direct line accountability for all participants.
- Ability to motivate and promote teamwork when working with people from multiple diverse backgrounds, disciplines and positions
- Good level of strategic thinking
- Ability to take initiative and drive results
