We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Autism Coach. As an Autism Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism by providing personalized care and assistance.
- Assess and evaluate the skill levels of clients to develop effective Individualized Care Plans (ICPs)
- Develop and implement ICPs to meet the unique needs of each client
- Monitor and track progress to ensure clients receive the best possible support
- Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in home visits to discuss client interventions and other related matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and evaluation of client skills
- Development and implementation of ICPs
- Monitoring and tracking progress
- Collaboration with colleagues

Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 'O' level passes, including English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels, internal and external
- Meticulous and organized individual with good time management skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and committed to ongoing professional development
- Compassionate and patient personality
