Client Service Specialist: Transaction Banking

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team in the Global Transaction Banking Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service for our transaction banking products and services.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • End-to-end responsibility for SMAR&TS customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and quality service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand clients' usage of our transaction banking products, driving business growth and revenue.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Japanese native speaker or minimum JLPT N1 level proficiency.
  • Desirable: Relevant banking experience and/or client support background.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction banking client service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with internet banking platforms and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Japanese required for effective client interaction.
  • Analytical and presentation skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
