Job Title: Perfumer (Fragrance Innovator)

About the Role

The position involves leading the development of new fragrances, ensuring they meet project requirements and are delivered on schedule. The role also includes refining existing fragrance formulas to align with client briefs or internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and propose new raw materials based on technical performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in fragrance creation, including a refined sense of smell for precise scent evaluation and the ability to translate complex GCMS data into market-ready fragrance formulas.
  • Participate in customer visits, providing expert support and presenting creative ideas and technical details clearly.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new fragrances and raw materials through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality control issues as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the fragrance industry, with expertise in fragrance innovation.
  • Experience in consumer fragrances, including home care, personal care, and air care.
  • Presentation abilities to articulate creative ideas and technical details clearly.
  • International exposure or demonstrated experience operating within international markets is preferred.

Work Environment:

As a member of our dynamic and innovative team, you will have opportunities to participate in customer visits and provide expert support. You will work closely with other perfumers, evaluators, and sales and marketing teams.
