In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with clients, business support, and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of client requirements. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and assist in daily maintenance of account relationships, monitoring funds for payment, preparing client instructions, and tracking outstanding documentation and client fee payments.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of financial and investment products and services, including equity and bond markets. Possessing CACS Certifications 1 & 2 is also highly desirable.
