Corporate Finance Vice President

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to lead our Investment Banking team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing strategic financial transactions for our clients, including M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
Location:
This position is based in Singapore and will focus on covering transactions across the Southeast Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of ASEAN M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.
- Contribute to the execution of ASEAN equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and equity-linked instruments in the Southeast Asia region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and key stakeholders in the market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, industry analysis, and due diligence to assess market opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including investment banking, legal, compliance, and research, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- At least years of experience in Asia corporate finance within investment banking, with a focus on M&A. Preferably focused on ASEAN deals.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with extensive travel.
- Additional languages seen favorably.
