Job Overview

This role is a key position in driving the digital transformation of our organization. As the Regional Conversational AI Lead, APAC, you will play a pivotal part in implementing strategic goals and managing the solution pipeline to ensure top-notch alignment with global standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing resource management in the region, providing skilled staffing as required for CAI projects, solution operations, and testing efforts. You will also be responsible for reporting on resource utilization and availability, performance status of the CAI solution, pipeline opportunities and potential risks & blockers for CAI solution rollouts.

Additional tasks include facilitating stakeholder approvals and ensuring CAI solution requirements are updated for developing new CAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate resource management in the region.
  • Report regularly on resource utilization and availability.
  • Manage the solution pipeline to ensure alignment with global standards.

In this dynamic role, you will be working within a global, cross-functional team using the same tools and systems. This position involves continuous communication with Global functions and local Business Units to enhance processes and support tool adoption.
