Graduation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the successful execution of our graduation ceremonies.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Graduate Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing graduation ceremonies from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage registration processes, including ticketing, payments, and settlements.
  • Coordinate gown distribution, returns, and preparation of ceremony materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, or onsite interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree holder with strong organizational skills.
  • Customer service or events experience (training provided).
