Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support in the assessment of new business opportunities and hotel projects viability
  • Provide business intelligence and conduct market research/due diligence for new hotel projects
  • Undertake financial analysis of development opportunities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management/Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, feasibility, consulting, or finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to apply principles of corporate finance
