We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Professional. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business growth strategies, leveraging industry connections and knowledge to drive business expansion.

  • Promote and market training programs to corporate clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities for business development.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential organizations and industry landscapes to generate leads and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, network with clients, and develop business relationships to enhance business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional service excellence to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with new and existing clients, establishing trust and loyalty.
  • Develop customized training programs for prospective corporate clients, providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas.
  • Strong passion for engaging adult learners and delivering high-quality training experiences.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience working in the Training and Adult Education industry.
  • Knowledge of SkillsFuture Funding, SkillsFuture Credits, SkillsFuture Enterprise Credits, Absentee Payroll Funding, UTAP, Workfare Skills Support Scheme, and other related funding is essential.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
