Job Title: Strategic Banking Project Lead The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of corporate banking projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, are completed on time and within specified parameters. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop project plans, analyzing proposals that impact schedule and budget variances.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.
  • Review and assess all changes and their impact on the timeline, ensuring all changes are approved by the Project Steering Committee.
  • Prepare investment approval decks and manage project approvals.
  • Organize and facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings and chair Programme Warranty Committee meetings.
  • Implement risk mitigation plans, track risk aging, and work through escalations and change governance.
