Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team at Hirewand. As an Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for managing high-performance, high-capacity databases in a critical production environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of production support experience as an Oracle DBA with strong experience on the Exadata platform. You will be responsible for working in Oracle 11gR1/R2 RAC, including build, general administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. Experience in Clusterware (GRID Infrastructure) - CRS management and configuration is also required.

You will also be responsible for administering ASM and Dataguard, as well as performing backup and recovery using RMAN, datapump, and export/import. Additionally, you will aid development teams in analyzing issues and work in a 24/7 Global support model.

The successful candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of SQL & Database Level performance tuning skills and have experience with migration using RMAN, datapump, and export/import.

This role requires a high level of expertise and professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
