We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Professional to provide regional tax advisory support and project management of investments/acquisitions/transactions/fundings etc.

  • Our ideal candidate will be able to provide strategic tax guidance on complex transactions and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • The successful candidate will lead tax projects, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • They will develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience, with some demonstrated experience in international M&A tax structuring and tax planning projects.

  • Strong team player, demonstrates collaboration, accountability and puts the institution's interest first.
  • Able to adapt own communication styles to different audiences.
