Job Title:
Commercial Business Developer

Job Description:
The key objective of this role is to drive commercial business development activities, focusing on sourcing, lead generation, and key account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial business development, with experience in working with clients in the recruitment industry. They will also possess excellent negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.

The role requires the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in commercial business development
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with C-level executives
  • Proficient in Mandarin
