Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Learning and Talent Management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the Learning Academy to foster a culture of lifelong learning and talent development within the organization.
  • Build and scale the business through talent management roadmaps and solutions.
  • Review and formulate learning strategies and talent management frameworks.
  • Identify future workforce skills and capability needs and implement talent development solutions.
  • Oversee the talent development process from learning needs analysis to curriculum curation and program implementation.
  • Source, implement, manage, and evaluate learning programs to meet training needs.
  • Establish partnerships with external providers and government agencies on initiatives, funding, and sponsorship.
  • Collaborate with higher learning and industry institutions on internship and traineeship programs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Psychology, or related discipline.
  • ACTA/ACLP certification.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in learning, talent management, and future workforce development.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing learning and talent management strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior management and business representatives.
  • Experience in conducting learning needs analysis, competency skills gap analysis, training, and curriculum development.
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
