Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.

You will support the design and development of solutions, contributing to technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements. Additionally, you will participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy.

Responsibilities include creating project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications. You will also assist in facilitating workshops and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Programming with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Independent and detail-oriented individual able to collaborate with various stakeholders to identify solutions to business problems.
  • Comprehension of technical requirements, understanding requirements at code level, and performance of basic debugging. Basic understanding of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud.
  • Effective/confident communication skills to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for client communication.
