Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for presenting high-value business solutions to our clients using our proprietary manpower planning products.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their pain points and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in solution design, negotiation, and project management will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business
  • 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst or functional/implementation consultant
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
