Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Claims Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full sets of vehicle accident claim processes and procedures, assessing accident damages, and preparing damage estimations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle accident damages and prepare accurate damage estimations.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to report vehicle claims and accidents.
  • Study vehicle repair history and identify any abnormalities or repeated complaints.
  • Conduct vehicle checks for body and paintwork repairs.
  • Administer duties related to costing, claims, and vehicle history.
  • Negotiate with claimants to resolve disputes.
  • Supervise a team of claims processors.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Mandarin and English) language skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling vehicle claim industry operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, multitasking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5.5-day workweek (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm).
