Leading Senior Manager of NAND Equipment Development

Job Title:

Senior Manager/Principal Lead, NAND EDE Films role.

The individual will lead a team of exceptional engineers to identify, prioritize and drive equipment solutions under 15-month cadence umbrella for yield, reliability and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes in different stages of technology introduction and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safe environment through proactive safety practices and ensure safety policies are always followed.
  • Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable equipment engineers.
  • Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within group to meet needs of accelerated technology cadence.
  • Provide regular feedback to your team members on performance, developing career plan and mentoring team members to support their professional development, through Micron's performance planning and appraisal process.
  • Set equipment strategy for future technology nodes and help define roadmap.
  • Engage with suppliers to develop equipment and hardware improvement needed to meet Micron's technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with process development, manufacturing development to align on project priorities and deliver robust, high volume manufacturing capable equipment on time.
  • Enable FOAK equipment capacity for effective operation.
