Head of Programme Development

The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is a leading research institution in Singapore, and we are seeking a Head of Programme Development to play a critical role in delivering our programmes and initiatives.
About UsWe aim to be Asia's top academy for carbon management education, supporting Singapore's goal of becoming a Carbon Services and Trading Hub for Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific region. Our team works closely with various university departments and industry partners to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive programme growth and success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Industry Partners, Participants, Faculty, and Vendors to deliver against our initiatives.
- Lead documentation and reporting on our initiatives, including developing frameworks or processes for workplan implementation.
- Deliver general programme management and administration requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 1-2 years' work experience in administrative, event management, and programme management roles.
- Proven experience in programme management and administration would be an advantage.
- Ability to work with people of various levels and cultures, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Versatile, independent self-starter who takes ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrated interest in Sustainability and/or Carbon Market related topics would be advantageous.
