Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries confidently.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card and mobile payments.
  4. Support visual merchandising efforts by maintaining store displays and promoting products effectively.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A love for sports and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
