Workplace Safety Leader

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Safety Specialist to lead our site safety teams and promote a proactive workplace safety culture.

  • Plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve WSH Management System processes.
  • Develop, review, maintain, and enforce site Workplace Safety & Health Management Systems.
  • Establish and oversee risk management strategies to minimize workplace accidents.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of fire protection systems and Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
  • Investigate all site incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Review and update risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading site safety teams, developing and maintaining WSH Management Systems, and establishing risk management strategies. They must also be able to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fire protection systems and emergency response teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a WSH Officer.
  • Relevant qualification in Workplace Safety & Health or Engineering.
  • Registration as a WSH Officer with MOM.
