Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead our data center operations team. This strategic role will oversee the development and execution of technical service strategies to ensure seamless uptime objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive technical service strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to inform infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle planning, and capital investments.
  • Oversee capacity planning efforts to maintain optimal resource utilization and financial discipline.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all critical infrastructure systems, including power, cooling, fire suppression, and monitoring.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and uptime metrics to drive service improvements and optimize resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence by mentoring and developing engineers, technicians, and vendor partners.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to align staffing levels and capabilities with both day-to-day operations and future project needs.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 7 years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, sustainability initiatives, and energy efficiency best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
