Senior Rail Systems Leader

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of advanced rail signalling systems in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership on-site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution of complex signalling projects.
  • Guide the design, integration, and deployment of cutting-edge signalling systems for high-profile rail projects in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to set and track engineering KPIs and deliver strategic improvements.
  • Define and implement best practices across all signalling disciplines, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.


Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in railway signalling and automation. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in railway signalling and automation, including deep knowledge of design, delivery, and operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, with both functional and people leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and clients across different cultural environments.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering, software development methodologies, and IT/cybersecurity standards related to signalling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
