Job Description

As a Technical Lead for our rail signalling and safety solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of railway systems worldwide. Your expertise in System Design Engineering will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that bring people safely to their destinations.

Our team is responsible for advancing digital transformation and technology in the rail industry. We work collaboratively with customers and partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery on selected projects, representing engineering and ensuring internal stakeholders meet customer expectations.
  • Manage technical project deliverables while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all technical matters, both internally and externally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, or System Design Engineering, or equivalent.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with customers and colleagues globally.
  • Experience and knowledge in deploying CBTC technology.
