Job Description

Monitor and report on plant performance in terms of process performance and energy consumption. Compile, maintain and analyze plant operation data to optimize operations.

Propose, carry out and maintain process optimization work to improve plant performance in the production process, water quality and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and reporting of plant performance
  • Compile, maintain and analyze plant operation data
  • Assist Operations Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Prepare monthly progress reports
  • Manpower planning and administration
Requirements:

Holds a Polytechnic Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or other related engineering fields

Minimum 3 to 5 years of operation experience, preferably in Water treatment plant

Must be able to read engineering drawings (ACAD) & P&ID, computer literate and familiar with Microsoft programs and other engineering software.

Knowledge or experience in SCADA / PLC control operations will be an added advantage

Command good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Able to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary environment

Possess good leadership and communication skills
