As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will lead a team of process engineers and technicians to optimize production efficiency. This involves collaborating with internal departments to establish a streamlined process operation flow aligned with customer and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of process engineers and technicians to achieve optimal production output.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement efficient process operation flows.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of production work instructions, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
  • Oversee the implementation of engineering change orders (ECOs) and operational adjustments.
  • Drive process efficiency through continuous improvements, productivity tracking, and kaizen activities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate working instructions for production staff.
  • Conduct training sessions on work instructions for production staff.
  • Support the new product introduction (NPI) process.
  • Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
