Process Optimization Specialist

The Process Optimization Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of current processes and manufacturing capabilities.

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of new methods and materials to improve process performance
  • Analyze data to determine key process parameters and product characteristics through design of experiments (DOE)
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop machine operation procedures and safety guidelines
  • Implement optimized processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Explore opportunities for reducing material usage or identifying cost-effective alternatives
  • Identify and address root causes of sample rejection related to process issues

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent, and 2-3 years of relevant working experience. They should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be independent and resourceful, and able to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
