We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to analyze and evaluate current processes in Tuas, Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and evaluate current processes, take measurements, and interpret data, including SCADA system operations
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure safe operations
- Research, design, and develop optimized processes to improve productivity and workflow
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility processes
- Organize and set up efficient operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to processes, procedures, and operations
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve output and quality
- Manage process costs and timelines
- Prepare process documentation and operating instructions
- Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability (Hazop) studies
- Plan and execute plant shutdowns as a turn-key manager
A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required. At least 2 years of experience in the process industry is also necessary.
