Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee the visual presentation of our retail stores in South Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Window Display Management: Design and implement eye-catching window displays that showcase our products and create a compelling shopping experience.

  • Visual Standards: Ensure that all visual elements, including signage, fixtures, and decor, meet our brand's high standards and are consistent across all stores.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of visual merchandising staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and store operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of visual merchandising strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Creative Thinking: Possess excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative visual merchandising solutions.
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Have extensive experience in visual merchandising, including window display design, in-store display management, and visual standards development.
