Assistant Educator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Assistant Educator to join our team in Jurong East. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Early Childhood Development and Education, and be able to provide high-quality care and support to children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and protection of children by adhering to safety standards and procedures.
  • Carry out routine duties independently and efficiently.
  • Provide appropriate caregiving approaches to children, including those with speech and language difficulties.
  • Assist in preparing teaching resources and aids.
  • Support main Educators in implementing activities and programs for children.
Requirements:
  • No formal Early Childhood qualifications are required, but candidates with EC background will have an added advantage.
  • Minimum complete secondary 2 education with some experience in assisting and support roles.
  • A good disposition and mature individual who is willing to grow in the EC sector.
