Job Summary:

Early Childhood Educator - Infant Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our infant care team. As an infant care specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in infants of different age groups.

  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and activities tailored to the unique needs of each infant.
  • Lead circle time sessions, promoting social interaction and emotional intelligence among infants.
  • Conduct regular observations and portfolio entries to track the progress and development of each child.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and provide exceptional care and education.

Key Qualifications:

  • Patient and caring approach towards all children, ensuring equal attention and care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn, adapting to new situations and challenges.
  • Fast learner, alert and responsive to the needs of children and colleagues.
  • Hold a valid HCIC or ACEY certification, with initial training provided for new staff members.
