Client Success Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an Account Manager to enhance our client success initiatives. This role encompasses the complete sales and customer lifecycle, focusing on both acquiring new business and nurturing existing client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propel revenue growth by managing the customer lifecycle, particularly focusing on renewals and expansions.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Enhance the efficiency of clients' IP and R&D processes through a customer-centric approach.
- Employ a data-driven methodology for sales funnel and account management, ensuring precise forecasting.
- Exhibit expertise in all aspects related to your accounts, including issue escalation and resolution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements professionally.
- Facilitate customer onboarding sessions and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Generate new business opportunities within the life sciences sector, targeting leading enterprises and promising SMEs.
- Stay informed on major product updates to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management within the ASEAN region.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts is advantageous.
- A background in life sciences, biotechnology, or chemistry is a plus.
- Proven success in previous account management and expansion roles.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, adaptable, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- A collaborative team player with experience engaging various stakeholders.
