Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging role in the field of Mechanical Engineering? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager who will lead our team in the preparation and submission of tenders, as well as be responsible for the administration of Mechanical Services projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the tendering process, from preparation to submission. This includes reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines. The candidate must be able to work effectively with consultants, attend site visits, and provide clear answers to any questions that may arise during the tender process.

In addition to the tendering process, the Technical Manager will be responsible for the administration of Mechanical Services projects. This includes preparing tender clarifications, liaising with consultants, attending site visits, and providing guidance on compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in tendering and project administration. They must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, and have excellent organizational skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services with Design & Build knowledge
  • At least 8-10 years of working experience in Mechanical Services field
  • Good knowledge of M&E works, Green Mark requirement, planning capability, and authorities/statutory compliance
  • Candidate with a Professional Engineer Registered with the PE Board will be an added advantage
