Job Overview
Kennedys, a leading global insurance and dispute resolution law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth and enhance the client experience in Singapore and across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver the firm's strategy and business development plan for Singapore and assigned regional product groups.
- Design and oversee the implementation of a program of business development and marketing activities for the Singapore office, focusing on key clients and product groups.
- Work with stakeholders to drive the firm's client insights programme, participate in interviews and follow up with clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a business development/client development role within a law firm or global professional services firm, with knowledge of the insurance sector desirable.
Strong project management skills, combined with a strategic mindset, sharp execution skills, and strong attention to detail, are essential for success in this role. The ability to work at pace, with credibility and influence at partner level, is also critical.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a business development/client development role within a law firm or global professional services firm.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector desirable.
