About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a key position that focuses on monitoring, analyzing, anticipating, and optimizing asset/portfolio performance. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of consistent performance and distribution to Unitholders, maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio reporting and analysis: Prepare quarterly board meeting and results documents, track and review annual asset budgets, conduct competitor benchmarking, and monitor market-related news.
  • Sustainability initiatives: Spearhead sustainability efforts by collating and submitting ESG benchmarking initiatives, monitoring and reviewing sustainability targets, and working with asset and facility management teams to assess and propose green initiatives.
  • Coordinating and managing various internal stakeholders for annual assets' valuation, insurance adequacy, internal audit, and report preparation.
  • Planning the Annual Strategy meeting with the Board by coordinating presentations from various departments and external consultants.
  • Supporting special projects including portfolio-wide systems integration, investments and divestments, and strategic asset management projects.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in business, finance, economics, or related field disciplines or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in relevant working experience, preferably in data centre or real estate investments and/or SREITs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analytical work.
  • Able to learn quickly, independently, and have strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
