Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Systems Specialist to join our team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and developing tools for all solutions.

This position requires a mix of strategic engineering and design along with hands-on technical work. You will configure, tune, and tackle multi-tiered systems to achieve optimal application performance, stability, and availability.

You will collaborate closely with systems engineers, network engineers, database administrators, the monitoring team, and the information security team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review infrastructure and applications for optimization opportunities.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Responsible for the full system lifecycle, including configuration, code deployment in user acceptance test and production environments.
  • Monitor infrastructure and application services, driving incident management and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability and reliability of solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines is essential.
