Job Title:
System Reliability Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for overseeing system reliability, requiring hands-on expertise in server, network, and application management. The ideal candidate will be accountable for deploying and daily monitoring of business systems to ensure normal operation and emergency response. A deep understanding of operational architecture is necessary, along with expertise in design, optimization, platform security, and team skill improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage system reliability, focusing on server, network, and applications management.
  • Deploy and monitor business systems for normal operation and emergency response.
  • Design and optimize operational architecture, ensuring platform security.
  • Improve team skills and professional level through standardized operational systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with automation deployment and proficient use of popular monitoring systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Nginx configuration, Load Balancer setup, and Node.js running environment.
  • Expertise in managing Linux systems and security, as well as operation and maintenance of large websites or web application platforms.
  • Understanding of common network knowledge, including firewall, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and high availability/load balancing technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work under stress.
  • Experience with penetration testing, safe operation and maintenance, and working with AZURE, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in required tools like redis, zabbix, elasticsearch, KBS, HAProxy, and Jenkins.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and conduct troubleshooting.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field for junior positions, with flexibility for shift work.
