IT Operations Manager
Job DescriptionThe IT Operations Manager is a key member of our team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This includes managing and implementing all IT infrastructure components, providing IT solutions that support business operations and user requests, and overseeing the maintenance of software applications.
This role requires excellent technical skills, as well as strong leadership and communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing direct reports towards achievement of common goals, including providing technical leadership to the team.
Required Skills and QualificationsEssential qualifications include a degree in Information Technology or relevant field, with at least 4-6 years' experience in programming, specification, software design and implementation of application. Prior experience in ERP systems, specifically Business One and Microsoft Business Central, is also desirable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including hands-on experience with MS/SQL, Crystal Reports and other related tools. Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential for this role.

- Train new IT personnel on daily tasks and broaden up their IT skill for better support and collaboration
