Guest Room Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Room Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean guest rooms according to established standards, including making of beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned and in order to adhere to health standards.
  • Collect daily allocation of rooms and keys. Ensure worksheet is kept up to date throughout shift, and keys are signed out and kept securely.
  • Clean and maintain corridors, service areas, replace amenities in guest room if necessary, and dispose off rubbish correctly.
  • Report promptly any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department and to their respective Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • Provide Turn Down Service when required.

Requirements:

You should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of our guests. If you have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply.
