We're seeking a versatile professional to join our dynamic team in Asia Pacific, focusing on technology implementation and operational support within the hospitality sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Technology Implementation and Management
Lead the adoption of new technologies in AI and analytics, including training and internal promotion
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of key technology systems for our business
Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure proper business support across the region
Implement data quality improvement initiatives
Establish and maintain a central database for financial information of hotels in Asia Pacific
Manage projects to develop new business intelligence tools for asset management
Business Operations and Analytics
Produce and present monthly performance reports for our capital markets team
Develop comprehensive presentations and reports on regional hotel performance
Analyze team performance and productivity metrics
Create presentations for internal meetings and calls
Collaborate with finance and business units on monthly forecasts and annual budgets
Lead regional working groups focused on growth initiatives
Work with business development teams to improve proposal templates
Co-ordinate remote support resources for operational efficiency
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, or technology-related roles
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
Proficient in report writing with keen attention to detail
Basic data analysis skills and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies
Experience in or aptitude for training and project implementation
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM tools e.g. Salesforce is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
