Job Title: Data Insights Professional

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Professional to join our team. This role involves working with large datasets to build visualizations and dashboards for strategic planning and decision-making.

About the Role:

This position requires a high degree of analytical skill, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and synthesize data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with large datasets to build visualizations and dashboards for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure, including pipelines and dashboards, to measure operational efficiency and impact.
  • Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear plans and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets to implement new systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python preferred.
  • Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Hive SQL, Spark), ETL tools, visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from various sources.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
